Niveshkar runs solo, out of India, on Indian working hours (roughly 09:00 to 19:00 IST, Monday to Friday). The fastest way to reach us is email; we usually reply within 2-3 working days. There is no phone line and no chat widget, because both would be more about looking professional than actually helping you.

Use this address for anything that does not fit the more specific categories below: feedback on a page, a question about an assumption a calculator made, a request for clarification on a long-form section, or anything else that does not require a dedicated channel.
Report a calculator error
If a calculator produces a wrong number, or a tax rule changed and we have not caught up, send an email with:
- The calculator URL (or just the slug, like
/calculators/sip/) - The exact inputs you used
- The number you saw vs the number you expected
- Optional but very helpful: a source for the expected number, such as the relevant RBI circular paragraph, an Income Tax Act section, an India Post calculator screenshot, or a Groww / Cleartax cross-check
Verified errors are typically corrected and redeployed within 24 hours. We will email you back when the fix is live, with a link to the deploy commit on GitHub so you can confirm the change yourself.
Suggest a new calculator
Want a calculator we do not have yet? Email hello@niveshkar.com with the name of the calculator and a one-line description of what it should do. If you can include a real-life example with sample inputs and the expected output, even better; it speeds up the cross-check process.
Popular requests and ones that fill genuine SERP gaps in the Indian finance niche get prioritized. We aim to ship roughly one new calculator per week.
Privacy / data-subject requests
For any request relating to your personal data (access, correction, erasure, or withdrawal of consent), email privacy@niveshkar.com. We respond within 30 days, which is consistent with the timelines under India's DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA.
Niveshkar does not run a database, so most data-subject rights have a very limited surface here. See the privacy policy for a detailed breakdown of what we do and do not store.
GitHub and source code
The full site source is open at github.com/ritusmoikaushik/niveshkar. You can open an issue, suggest an edit via pull request or just read the math. Issues are usually triaged the same day.
Business and partnerships
Niveshkar does not accept paid placements, sponsored calculators, affiliate links or any form of revenue share from financial product issuers. This is a deliberate editorial choice, and the only commercial channel we run is Google AdSense display advertising on content pages.

Postal correspondence
Niveshkar operates fully online and does not currently publish a postal address. For statutory correspondence that genuinely requires post, email privacy@niveshkar.com first and we will share a registered address by reply.
